BodyCraft Ltd. Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Agreement: By signing up for the BodyCraft Ltd. Membership program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. You are solely responsible: for signing up for whichever program or programs selected by you, and solely responsible for the ongoing payment and management of subscription fees for the program/s

3.  All Rights Reserved: All video content provided as part of the BodyCraft Membership program is for the exclusive use of members. You may not share, download, or distribute any video content without explicit written permission from BodyCraft Ltd.

4. Exemption from Liability: BodyCraft Ltd. is not liable for any injury, sickness, or adverse reactions that may occur as a result of following the exercise and nutritional recommendations provided as part of the membership program. Please consult with a medical professional before starting any new fitness or nutrition regimen.

5. Warranties: BodyCraft Ltd makes all endeavours to provide a program that is safe, effective, and promotes a healthy lifestyle, however, we do not control the effort you put into undertaking the exercise and nutritional protocols we recommend. Therefore your success in using the Bodycraft program is proportional to the effort you put into the program, and this is your sole responsibility.

6. Privacy and Data Protection: We take your privacy seriously. For details on how your information is collected, stored, and used, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property: All content, including but not limited to videos, text, images, and other materials provided as part of the membership program, are the intellectual property of BodyCraft Ltd. and may not be used without permission. Bodycraft Ltd holds the copyright over all content within the Bodycraft program, including but not limited to videos, text, images, and other materials

8.  Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes or claims will be resolved through binding arbitration or mediation.

9. Termination: BodyCraft Ltd. reserves the right to terminate a member's access to the program for any violation of these terms and conditions or for any other reason at our discretion.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Standard Membership Cancellation:

   • You may cancel your standard membership at any time.

   • No refunds will be provided for the month just paid for upon cancellation. If an annual period or multi-month period membership (subscription) has been purchased, then no refund will be provided for the year or multi-month period just paid for upon cancellation.

   • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current month, multi-month or annual term, whichever is applicable to your purchase/subscription.

2. VIP & Custom Membership Cancellation:

   • VIP & Custom members have a minimum two-month commitment.

   • Cancellation of VIP & Custom memberships are non-refundable for this first two month period.

   • After the first two month period, you may cancel your VIP or Custom membership at any time.

   • As above for the standard membership, no refunds will be provided for the month just paid for upon cancellation. If an annual period or multi-month period membership (subscription or offer) has been purchased, then no refund will be provided for the year or multi-month period just paid for upon cancellation.
   • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current month, multi-month or annual term, whichever is applicable to your purchase/subscription.
     
     
3.  Cancellation Process: To cancel your membership, please send a cancellation request via email to [email protected]. Your cancellation will be confirmed in writing.

Please read and understand these terms & conditions before enrolling in the BodyCraft Ltd. Membership program. Your participation in the program constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions.
