Login Details Your login details should have already landed in your email inbox. If you didn't receive them, please let us know at [email protected], and we'll get that sorted for you.
When you Login The first step is easy - go the our Bodycraft website login page here. When you log in, it will automatically go to your Library page within our platform where your purchased memberships & programs will be shown. Click onto the 'The Membership' tile, and you are in the main program platform, and then click onto the 'The VIP Membership' tile to book your first coaching appointment!
Remember You have two Memberships effectively - the 'The Membership' is where you access the online Bodycraft platform, and 'The VIP Membership' is where you schedule your monthly coaching appointments and review these sessions later (alongside notes and resources specific to you as each one is recorded and stored for you here!
BodyCraft Member's WhatsApp Group The next step is to join our Bodycraft Members WhatsApp group at the link here. This is the where we communicate, share tips, go through the challenges, and continually check in on each other! Hannah will also create a separate Bodycraft WhatsApp group just for you and her as your primary communication tool

BOOK YOUR FIRST DISCOVERY SESSION
In your Member's Library, click onto the 'VIP Membership' tile and book your first Discovery Session. This is where we will talk through your issues, needs, problems, aims and desires! We will discuss your health and fitness past, present and future, and start to build a picture of the areas of focus, and the foundational work we need to establish first - the base of the pyramid!
You schedule this in when it suits you, in our available slots, and you will be prompted to book your next appointment at the end of this and each session!
GO TO 'WATCH THIS FIRST' IN THE BODYCRAFT MEMBERSHIP
Go to the 'Watch this First' section to go through our guides on how to get Bodycraft training as part of your daily routine, how to engage your core throughout our exercises, how to progress through your training over the first six months. and how to navigate this platform.
It's the best place to start to navigate your way through our Program well!

BODYCRAFT MEMBERSHIP WEEKLY CHALLENGE
The 'Weekly Challenge' is in the video at the top of the home screen of the Bodycraft membership, or in the first module - ideally do this once a day - it changes every week.
You can then continue the theme of the week by picking workouts within our program that really smash the chosen area in the challenge & always add abs!

BODYCRAFT MEMBERSHIP HOLD MY HAND
The 'Hold my Hand' section is where we hold your hand, if you need it - in this module we have selected 3 different video workouts that change each week. These workouts are designed to work together for you to get the most out of our program, and are perfect if you don't have the time to go through the different modules right now, or just want us to tell you what to do, and when, and not have to think about it!

Our Nutrition Module is your comprehensive resource for guided weekly meal plans, cleanses, recipes, tips & tricks to fast-track your results and wellness through better nutrition & optimising your digestion.
