We want to make sure you get the absolute most out of this six-week programme. One thing that’s important to understand from the start is that Week One does not look like Week Six. The programme is designed to build progressively, introducing the right habits, training, and nutrition at the right time, so you don’t become overwhelmed and can create lasting change.

In Week One, we focus on retraction training, as this is the core of what makes Bodycraft bodyweight workouts so effective. At the same time, we introduce breakfast recipes only, helping you establish the routines and habits you’ll carry through the rest of the programme without trying to change everything at once.

By Week Two, those foundations are starting to take shape. The exercises become a little more challenging and we introduce dinner recipes. In Week Three, the full meal programme is in place and the frequency and density of the training starts to increase.

By Week Four, the key habits are becoming established. This is where we increase the training challenges again and introduce more elements such as mindfulness, balance, mobility, and yoga, to help keep things fresh, improve recovery, and prepare you for the final stages of the programme.

Weeks Five and Six are where it all comes together. By now you’ll be moving better, eating better, feeling stronger, looking better and operating with a level of consistency that simply wasn’t there at the start. Trust the process, focus on progress rather than perfection, and enjoy the journey.

BODYCRAFT SIX PROGRAM

This is your daily workout program across six weeks - each day planned to perfection. I tell you exactly what to do and when to do it. Just click on each week in the boxes within the platform, and each day has a workout plan in it. The weeks don't unlock until early Monday of each week, so everyone is doing the same work. Reminders/check-in's will be sent daily through WhatsApp, and you will get an email reminder at the beginning of each week as well.

All participants in BODYCRAFT SIX qualify for a friends & family discount to BODYCRAFT PRO at the end of their BODYCRAFT SIX program - we will email/message you a link at the end of the program so you don't miss out.

You get access to the majority of BODYCRAFT PRO in this SIX program (excluding the 'Weekly Challenges' and 'Hold my Hand' sections, the guided workout sections in Bodycraft Pro, as you don't need to double up here!), so while you are part of the community, have a look around through all the modules, there's a lot here!
