We teach you how to reengage with your forgotten muscles at your core, alongside your outer layers, to build strength and radically tone your body in an easy & healthy way - using our science-based and holistic protocols, guided training, and a big dose of positivity!

What you'll receive in your Program :

  • BODYCRAFT SIX is your daily workout program across six weeks - each day planned to perfection. Hannah tells you exactly what to do and when to do it. Just click on each week in the boxes below, and each day has a workout plan in it. The weeks don't unlock until early Monday of each week, so everyone is doing the same work. Reminders/check-in's will be sent daily through Whatsapp, and you will get an email reminder at the beginning of each week as well
